Foam liners are known since the early '70s as the best way to custom fitting ski boots. That system has been patented in 1972 by Vanio Tessaro and so far, it is still considered the easiest and the best, in fact, many racers and ski teachers keep on skiing on custom made foam liners made by the top boot manufacturers.
The traditional foam kits are made with:
N° 2 PE bags with: one bottle of polyol and one bottle of isocyanate in the right quantity and ratio for that particular size and model.
