This is the Thermoflo liners secret. The contents of these bags is a material that melts when heated in the microwave oven.(How to fit Thermoflo liners) With this construction the usual foam padding is very thin. It improves support, ski sensibility, warmness and comfort.
Once the upper is stitched, the Thermoflo bag is glued on. Of course, the tongue has the same construction.
Above the Thermoflo a layer of foam material is added. On the inside ankle an extra foam layer is also added.
